This website is simple on purpose. It counts visits only to learn what helps, and we only see what you choose to send us.
What this website collects
Very little. The site doesn’t use advertising tags or tracking pixels, and it doesn’t ask you to create an account. It uses Google Analytics to count visits (below), and the contact form is described further down.
The site remembers, in your own browser, how you arrived: a campaign link, the site that sent you, and the page you landed on, for up to 90 days. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you send the contact form, which includes it so we know how you found us.
We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages help, and how people find us. It sets cookies and records the pages you view, your approximate location, device and browser, how you arrived, and actions such as starting or sending a form, never what you type. Google processes this data, and we see it only as totals and trends, not as individual people. Google’s advertising features are off: the data isn’t used for ads or sold. Read how Google uses data from sites that use its services, or turn it off with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Like every website, the pages are delivered by a hosting provider (Cloudflare), whose servers briefly process technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. We don’t use that information to identify you.
The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser also contacts Google’s servers when you visit.
When you contact us
When you send the contact form on our Contact page, your answers go to our client-relationship service (GoHighLevel, also known as LeadConnector) and are stored there as a contact record, so we can reply to you and follow up.
To keep out spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks in your browser that a person, not a program, is sending it. It looks at technical details such as your IP address and browser for that check only. The form sets no cookies.
“Book a call” opens a scheduling page run by a separate service, which has its own privacy terms for the details you enter there.
Whatever you send us (by the form, email or phone), we use only to respond and to work with you, and we send you The Optimal Horizon newsletter only if you tick that box. We don’t sell it, rent it, or add you to a mailing list without asking.
Your phone number
The contact form asks for your phone number so we can call you back about your inquiry. We don’t send text messages. Your phone number and other mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Questions or requests
To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email info@thechangeupgroup.com or call (323) 207-0437.
